I started B More Creations in 2001, thus I have had apple opportunity to work with a number of different web domain registrars (i.e., the URL address, which metaphorically compares to a street address) and domain hosts (the actual site, which to continue the analogy, is the house itself). 

I have found iPage, Blue Host and GoDaddy to be the most consistent, and I offer you all three as an option; this is because I use all three and recommend them each, but often they have sales, so the price can fluctuate.  

I am an affiliate with all three providers which allows me to lock in the best deal each hosting company has going at the time.

For example:

•  iPage currently is offering $1.95 a month (this includes domain registration and hosting, free SSL, wordpress, sitelock, and one email).
• BlueHost is offering the same thing for $3.95 per month (they have a slightly better reputation, which includes a bit better customer support).
• GoDaddy has a great "wordpress" specific hosting plan called essential wordpress, and right now it is $1 per month with my discount;  however, please note that, of the three, GoDaddy is the most expensive "post-intro offer" hosting, and it does not include many of the free add-ons the other two companies offer, including SSL and backups -- which are available but for an extra fee). It does have the best reputation and great customer service.

Regardless of the provider you choose, I suggest you sign up for 3-5 years to lock in the affiliate rate for as long as possible.
